A bug fix is when something that used to work is broken — a form that won't send, a page that won't load, a layout that breaks on a phone. Those are free while you're subscribed. A change is something new: different text, new photos, an added page. Changes are $40/hr with a 30-minute minimum, with or without Hosting & Care.

Just tell us. We hand over your files, help you move to a new host, and transfer your domain to you. No fees and no waiting out a contract.
It happens. We'll reach out, and you'll have 14 days to get it sorted out before your site is taken offline.
